Maldives Visa Imuga travel declaration required for tourist

Important :

No prior visa is required for French, Belgian, Swiss, or Canadian nationals, as well as for all other nationalities, for a tourist stay of less than 30 days in the Maldives. The only requirement is to fill out the IMUGA form below.
No PCR test is mandatory for all arriving or departing travellers, including unvaccinated travellers.
All international travellers (including French, Belgian, Swiss, and Canadian nationals) must fill out the Traveller Declaration Form : IMUGA prior to departing from their country of origin for the outbound flight.
